Miyamoto asked Kotaku readers what game they’d like - the results are in
Famed video game creator Shigeru Miyamoto asked Kotaku readers what game they’d like Nintendo to make for the Wii U and over 3000 people voted with a lot of them involving the word “Metroid”. The runner-up might surprise you: Pokemon Snap! Anyway, here’s the rest of the results:
- Metroid (2D or 3D, many call it Prime 4) (2019 votes)
- Pokemon Snap (858 votes)
- F-Zero (597 votes)
- A 3D Mario game (Galaxy 3 or Sunshine 2) (504 votes)
- A new Dungeons-and-Dragons style game with the GamePad player serving as dungeon keeper (256 votes)
- Mega Man Legends 3 (617 votes) (Not a Nintendo franchise, so not in the top 5)
- Buy Capcom (that’s not a game, though) (168 votes)
- Earthbound (396 votes)
- Star Tropics (72 votes)
- Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D (651 votes) (Wasn’t in the top 5 as it’s a 3DS game and not a Wii U game as Miyamoto asked for)
